Company was hired by Turo (National Safe Driver) to tow my VW Passat from an unruly renter. Driver was able to communicate with renter professionally and get him to hand over the keys. He maintained communication with me and dropped off the vehicle in a breeze. And this all happened while we had flood warning in San Diego under heavy rains. The driver just jumped off the tow truck and unloaded the car like it was a sunny day. Very quick and professional service.
